DO IT INSTEAD OF READ ABOUT IT!
Step into any bookstore and you can find 10,000 self-help books. I myself was overwhelmed with all that was available. Over the last 40 years, I have picked up countless books to study on one of the multiple self-help subjects available (many listed on profile page). In doing so, I began to see a constant thread that ran through them all. So I have decided to create a one stop site that not only touches on the reasons these practices are good for you, but one that lets you do it and not just read about it.

Through this site we will bring together the countless teaching of the experts into one easy to understand format. It’s about how we work on the real stuff and not just read about it. Sure we will learn the background of the reasons for the exercises, but we will be doing hands on, real life practices of the work that others have only been talking about.

Throughout my 50 odd years, I’ve had a lifetime of lifetime experiences.

I’ve earned a college and a lifetime degree in communication, worked in churches, community organizations, as a teacher, actor, salesperson, scuba instructor, and theater director. I’ve worked in singles social groups, a battered women’s rescue mission and a homeless shelter. Did some time as a job consultant, training instructor, corporate blogger, comedian and producer. Add to that plus the three marriages, countless marriage counseling seminars, three years of seminary training, numerous bad and good relationships, and my own inner struggle with what life is all about. I now believe I have become an expert on what we are all looking for from this bodily existence:

Happiness and the Abundance of life!

WHEN IS AN EXPERT AN EXPERT!
My formal training includes a degree in communications with a minor in Theater Arts. I spent three years in seminary training at Knox Seminary and Calvary Chapel. I’ve been a training instructor for GM and Ford, hold a masters actor’s certificate and a Master Instructor Diver’s Certificate. But that only means I have some formal training education and not the deep rooted physiological studies needed to expertly pontificate on how you should live, or does it? The difference between them (the experts) and us is that they took the time to deeply study one facet of human life and we live it! The experts either study how our brain functions, how chemicals contribute to our personalities, the need we all have for inner-spiritual peace, the effects environment has on us and other esoterically secrets.

STUDY ONLY ONE THING AND THAT ONE THING WILL BE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!
Individual experts study about what makes us be “us” or what makes us tick. All see their topic of research as being the “God Point” of what WE are all about. But in their rush to proclaim “Eureka! I’ve found the meaning of life”, countless others are claiming the same thing. It’s only by taking a broader look at all the pieces that one can found the true golden tread that brings it all together.

BUT WHO CAN BLAME THE EXPERTS!
After spending all their time on one subject or aspect of a subject, the only logical conclusion they can see is how their conclusions must hold the meaning of life for us all. Shoot, after spending all those years working on one subject, I too would be bound to believe that it was worthwhile only if I found THE ANSWER. It would be like being a paleontologist, digging up bones in the dry hot desert for 30 years; sooner or later he would find a bone that he’d just have to believe fulfilled the criteria of being the oldest bone ever found. Isn’t that the only way one could claim that all the years of digging were worth it? Sometimes one needs to step back and see the broader picture and find out how they are all interrelated. Example: The body is made up of many parts. The tongue, brain, legs, veins, heart, etc. Not just one part making up the whole of the body. I guess what I am saying is, let’s look at all the parts and find the ways they all work together and then work those parts as one overall entity.
