Week One day THREE

TODAY'S TARGET:
1) Look over the list you wrote  out yesterday, of things you want to  accomplish this year. Start to see the common links and how you might group them. 
2) Yesterday you started to think about your company's mission statement and how it might need some changes due to new circumstances. Today, think about where you want to be in five years. 
3) Yesterday you wrote a note complimenting a loved     
     one and left it for them to find. Today, take time to think about and remember a good time spent with a loved one. Then remind them of that good time. Talk about it together.
4) Add "The Way You Should Live" to  
    your favorites and pass it on!

Mission Statement!
Check over your company's mission statement this week. If you are an employee ask your boss if you could review it. If you don't have one for your business, write one this week. 

A company's mission statement is a constant reminder to its employees of why the company exists and what the founders envisioned when they put their fame and fortune at risk to breathe life into their dreams. Woe to the company that loses sight of its Mission Statement for it has taken the first step on the slippery slope to failure.

Sleep

Adequate sleep is absolutely essential to maintain a healthy body because that is when the body rebuilds itself.

During the night, human growth hormone triggers proteins throughout the body to build new cells and repair any damage. It is only released during sleep which is why getting the proper amount of sleep is so important.

Foods that contain tryptophan will help you get a good night's sleep. Good sources are: bananas, dates, figs, nut butters, tuna, turkey, and wholegrain crackers.

Some herbs that help relieve insomnia are: basil, chamomile, dill, kava, valerian root and marjoram.
