Workout with your spouse or a friend, add sports activities to your exercise route; basketball, table tennis, chicken fights, anything to brake up the monotony of the same ole same ole workout. Exercise gets your endorphins’ popping. Endorphins! That reminds me, swimming is a great way to exercise and relax your mind.
